We, the Jehle-Kathrein family, are passionate hosts and run the 4* superior Hotel Gletscherblick in St. Anton am Arlberg.
Our ‘Alpin Gourmet Stube’ was awarded a MICHELIN star in 2025 as well as 16.5 points and 3 toques by Gault Millau.

Paul Markovics / Chef


Born in Lower Austria and with two decades of Arlberg experience, he has been head chef at the Gletscherblick since 2016. His passion for excellent and creative dishes and his attention to detail is in every dish! In 2025, his cuisine was awarded 3 toques and a MICHELIN star.

Lara / Reservation & Marketing


Since 2023, Lara has been taking care of our guests' wishes and organising dream holidays for skiers and mountaineers. With a lot of inspiration and knowledge from the cultural sector, she is the brains behind our marketing.

Lily / Commis de Rang


Lily has been part of the Gletscherblick family for over 8 years. No one knows the restaurants and nightlife in the village better than she does.
Even though Milka is always drawn to the sea and home in summer, we are delighted to have had her in our service every winter season for over 4 years. As a globetrotter, she brings a wealth of experience to the Gletscherblick.

Dominik / Sous Chef 

Born in Styria, Dominik has been with us at Gletscherblick for five years. He not only brings a wealth of experience from various Michelin-starred restaurants - Tantris, Munich; Obauer, Werfen - to us in Tyrol, but also Styrian classics. His favourite ingredient: real & freshly pressed Styrian pumpkin seed oil from his relatives.
