We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz idgF), implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on accessibility requirements for products and services.
To this end, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been followed as closely as possible. General Description of the Service
Our 4-star superior hotel with Alpin Gourmet Stube and restaurant offers high-quality accommodation, excellent service, and culinary experiences for guests from all over the world.
The services provided by our establishment include:
- Comfortable hotel rooms in various categories (single rooms, double rooms, suites)
- Chalet and country house with apartments
- Publicly accessible areas for guests with limited mobility
- Breakfast buffet & half-board in our in-house restaurant
- Room service, daily cleaning, and 24-hour front desk
- Wellness and spa area open daily
- Free Wi-Fi
- Parking facilities and complimentary train station transfer
The service begins with the reservation, which can be made by phone, online, or via email. Our staff provides support during the booking process and responds to special requirements (e.g. allergies, mobility limitations).
Upon check-in, every guest is personally welcomed. The hotel can be accessed via a few steps, with a barrier-free route to the elevator and rooms in the main building. Assistance with luggage is available upon request. Due to architectural conditions, our chalet and country house are not barrier-free. During the stay, our guests benefit from daily room cleaning, friendly room service, and the opportunity to express individual wishes at any time at the reception.
The restaurant offers regional and international cuisine. Some dining areas are wheelchair-accessible. Menus in large print or simplified language are available upon request. Meals can be adapted to dietary or health-related needs if desired. Upon check-out, we offer assistance with luggage upon request, flexible departure times (subject to availability), and provide transparent invoices in an easy-to-understand format.

Transparency in Accessibility at our Establishment
We are committed to providing the most accessible stay possible for all guests. We adhere to the applicable legal frameworks, particularly the European standard EN 301 549 and Austrian accessibility standards (such as ÖNORM A 3010 and B 1600).
Parts of our establishment, such as the elevator, selected rooms, and certain dining areas of the restaurant, have already been designed with accessibility in mind. This includes, among other things, step-free entrances, level paths, and spacious movement areas. Due to architectural constraints, it is not possible to have a completely step-free access to our hotel. A staircase with a few steps leads to the main entrance. Alternatively, our hotel can be accessed through our ski room, which has fewer steps. Since our buffet area is not step-free, all buffet dishes can of course also be ordered at the table.
Additionally, our digital information and booking services are being gradually checked for accessibility and further developed. We place great importance on ease of use, clear language, and good readability.
As we are currently unable to fully verify or guarantee all requirements of the standards mentioned above, we welcome suggestions and feedback from our guests. Our goal is to continuously improve our offerings and provide as many people as possible with a comfortable and accessible stay.
